Welcome to the new WATS Product Updates newsletter. This is where you will get quick updates on what's new. We recommend watching the short video to see all the changes, and you can also find quick summaries below.

  • Unified Files page: One hub for invoice + hauler data review — no more switching tabs.

  • Waste stream organization updates: Clearer naming for Waste Streams with type integrated into the name dropdown.

  • Contract vs. invoice mismatch insight: Digitize contracted waste hauling rates so WATS can flag billing mismatches + savings opportunities.

  • Vendor filter on the Metrics page: Filter Metrics by vendor

  • Customizable File columns: Show only the columns you care about.

  • New survey data management experience: See upcoming + missing surveys, plus quicker access to survey links and progress.

  • Metrics chart filter improvements: Dynamic average (for Diversion) and sums (for Weight and Cost) now update within charts based on your chart-level filters.

  • Clicking chart legends will filter to what you clicked; ctrl+click will allow you to select multiple.
